Part Time Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor - Department of Civil Engineering

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Teaching
   
   1. Lecturing
   2. Preparation for quizzes, assignments, etc.
   3. Checking assignments
   4. Conduct paid office hours to answer the questions of students if needed
   5. Compensating teaching hours missed due to offical holidays or other reasons
2. Portfolio
   
   1. Working on the portfolio projects with the students on weekly basis
   2. Guiding the students to conclude their projects
   3. Giving them tasks to complete their projects
   4. Checking students’ progress and motivating them to work on their projects.
3. Other Duties
   
   1. Curriculum development
   2. Attending meetings, events etc.
   3. Participating academic or extracurricular activities.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Candidates should:

• Hold at least Master's Degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• PhD degree is preferred.
• Candidates who published articles (in indexed journals) are preferred.
• Have interest and ability to conduct research for the development of Cambodia.
• Have good command of English and IT literacy.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Have knowledge of student-centred learning at university level.
• Have minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
